PortraitPro 15 Out now

Upgrading to the latest PortraitPro!

Long term users of PortraitPro will be really excited to see our recent new version 15 is out now.

If you’ve used Portrait Pro for years and you’re ready to upgrade to the latest and greatest version of your portrait editing software, then you may have misplaced your original license token.  We get it! We understand that it’s hard to keep track of everything these days, and that’s why we make it super easy for you to find your license token.

It’s called the License Manager, and it knows everything!  If you don’t have your license token, you can retrieve it by entering the email address you used when making your purchase. If you need to update your email address with us, the way to do this is by contacting our support team.

Upgrade PortraitPro

Alternatively, you can go to Help and Check for Updates within your current version.  It will also take you to the page with appropriate upgrades for your current version.

When you purchase an upgrade, you’ll receive an upgrade token, beginning with a U.  You need to use this token, to change your existing license from what you already had, to the new version you want.

Here are the instructions to complete your upgrade:

  1. Go the license manager page for your upgrade http://www.portraitprofessional.com/licenses/view/?t=UPX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
  2. Enter the activation token of the license you would like to upgrade from PLX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX
  3. On the next page you will see your new license details and the download links for your next software. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

The new PLS or PLM code that is generated on this page is the new license code you need to use to activate your new software.

We often recommend when upgrading, that it’s best to do a full fresh reinstall of the software.  Removing any older files and reinstalling all your new files for your new software can make sure that your new software continues to run smoothly.

If you have any problems, the best way to get in touch is to contact our Customer Support Team, by opening a Support Ticket here.

Haven’t got PortraitPro yet?  Get it here.   Or upgrade your existing license by going to the License Manager.

PortraitPro 15 Out now

Announcing PortraitPro 15, out now!

We’re very pleased to announce the release of PortraitPro 15 this month. We’ve skipped from version 12 to version 15, so don’t worry, you didn’t miss out on anything!

This latest update to the portrait editing software includes several new tools, including the most requested feature by photographers, makeup controls.

The new makeup tools include eyeshadows that can be adjusted by shape and color and intensity; you can create as dramatic or as natural a makeup look as you want. Lipsticks can also be added and adjusted, creating a glossy look or a matte look, and with a full range of lipstick shades to choose from, you’ll find something to suit everyone. Blushers, highlighters, bronzers and mascara are all included too. We’re looking forward to seeing the wonderful makeup looks you’ll be creating in your portrait photography soon.

Blonde with makeup

We’ve also added a simple slider to fix lens distortion in portraits taken with a wide-angle lens. Lens distortion is also an issue in “selfies”, so you now look better in your self-portraits too!

We’ve improved the skin coloring tools and the features finder, so it’s now even more accurate.

Everything you know and love from PortraitPro 12 remains the same; great lighting controls, fully customizable sliders, create your own presets and set them to default, batch processing in the Studio Max edition. PortraitPro 15 really does have everything you need for beautiful portraits.

See what else is new in version 15 here. Need an upgrade to your existing software?  Use the license manager here and enter your current license token in the box to get your appropriate upgrade. Want try it out for the first time?  Get your free trial today!
