Top Tips to avoid the holiday madness

Making a list...

Making a list…

The best way to be organized is to plan your gifts. Who will you see on Christmas Day, and who will you see before and after Christmas?

Order any photo gifts well in advance to avoid the last minute rush, and to give you time to receive items, in case you need to mail them on to their recipients.

Use your favorite photo printing service to order items. Bags and wallets, phone cases, stockings, ornaments, jigsaw puzzles, the list is really endless, and if you can think of an item that you’d like to personalize with a photograph, there’s probably a service that will print it for you.

With all these wonderful gifts available, you want to know that your photos are the best that they can be.

If you have photos with people in them, you want to make sure that you are showing people looking their best. If they are going to look at images of themselves all year long, then they will want to see an image of themselves looking really good, so that they feel good about themselves when they see it. It’s a gift that can give you a boost of good feeling all year long.

In just the same way, you should think about your holiday greetings card too. If you’re sending out a picture of your family, you should make sure that you’re sending out something that everyone will be happy to send out to all your friends and family.

PortraitPro Studio Max 12 as a standalone is the fastest way to quickly and easily automatically edit lots of your photos to show the people in your images at their best.  It’s affordable and easy to use, so it will save you time in the busy holiday rush.

If the person you’re gifting really has got everything that they could possibly want to personalize, then perhaps they might like their own photo editing software.

Small Business Saturday

Small Business Saturday 2014

We know that many of our PortraitPro users are self-employed photographers, running their own businesses.

Being self-employed takes up a lot of time, filing your paperwork, taxes, doing your own marketing, when all you really want to be doing is what you love; taking great pictures.

Portrait Pro is a great time-saver for photographers who want to do their own portrait retouching, leaving them more time to get on with the important things.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving (in the US and the Saturday after Cyber Monday in the UK) is becoming known as Small Business Saturday, in an effort to help small businesses gain some recognition in an ever increasingly tough market environment.

There are so many photographers in every town, that it’s becoming more and more important to distinguish yourself from your competition.  One of the ways in which you can do this is by doing great work with your portrait editing. PortraitPro is fast, and easy to use, so you can spend time on your creative work to make sure you get everything perfect. Once you have everything perfect, you can create your custom preset, and use this to get just the look that you want every time.

You’ll love the work you do with PortraitPro, and the way to be the best at what you do, is to love what you do.

Love what you do

If you’re a small business, self employed photographer using PortraitPro in your portrait retouching work, we’d love to hear from you.
